2021-05 NITheCS Mini-School

Prof Kanshukan Rajaratnam (Stellenbosch University)

Introduction to Python programming

Abstract: In this mini-school, we introduce Python programming. The aim is to build basic Python programming skills on Jupyter Notebook so users can then build further programming skills on their own. We use basic data manipulation tools and data science as a means to introduce Python. The mini-School is suited for those who have never done programming or those who wish to learn basic Python programming. The mini-School is also suited for those without a technical degree who would like to learn basic data science skills.
